What’s the difference between Slim and Regular elastics?
Slim elastics are lighter and more flexible, making them ideal for fine or thinner hair. They’re also popular for a cleaner, more minimal look, since there’s less elastic visible in the hair for a softer, effortless style.
Regular elastics provide a stronger hold and are best for thick hair, full ponytails, buns, and workouts where you need extra security.
If you’re choosing based on style as much as hold, Slim is great for a subtle look, while Regular is best for maximum hold.
Are these good for thick, curly, or textured hair?
Yes. Our elastics are designed to work well for thick, curly, and textured hair, offering a secure hold without slipping or pulling. Regular elastics are especially popular for thicker hair types.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
Yes. There’s a minimum of 15 elastics per order, and honestly, it’s never too many.
You’ll want some in your bag, some in the car, one on your wrist, one in the bathroom, and a few that mysteriously disappear. Buying 15 lets you mix and match colours and build a set you’ll actually use every day.
Will these damage my hair?
No. Our elastics feature a gentle, no-snag design that won’t pull, rip, or catch your hair. They’re designed to reduce tension and help prevent breakage and creasing compared to standard drugstore elastics.
How long do the elastics last?
Honestly? They last until you lose them.
Our elastics are woven, which gives them their strength and comfort, but also means they should be treated with a bit of care. Avoid velcro, rough fabrics, or sharp accessories that can snag the weave. With normal use, they’re designed to hold up far better than standard elastics… assuming they don’t disappear first.
How do I care for my elastics?
To extend their life, avoid over-stretching and keep them away from Velcro or rough fabrics. If your elastic gets wet, simply air-dry it flat.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on elastics. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always make it right. Just reach out to us, and we’ll help.
